Delivery information

We’ll aim to ship your order in 1-2 business days. Delivery is free of charge for orders of £20 or more, for orders under £20 there is a flat rate of £2.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your items from Inner Work Project but if you are unhappy with them for any reason, we will exchange them for you, or offer you a refund.

Please notify us at hello@innerworkproject.com within 14 days of receipt of your items to let us know you are returning them. Your items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt, unused and in the same condition that you received them, to be eligible for a refund. However, unless we made a mistake with the order, shipping will not be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for the postage costs for returning your items.

If you wish to cancel a pre-ordered product, please contact us and we will refund in full including the shipping, provided the product has not yet shipped.
