Our Mission
Let’s face it. Doing the inner work can be hard.
We often wonder why we even started.
But then, we glimpse beneath the layers of self-doubt and catch sight of who we really are, what we truly love and where we want to be. We begin to walk to the beat of our own drum. We feel the force, the source or just the natural flow. We notice so much more. It’s hard, and then… at times… it’s as easy as a summer evening looking up at the stars.
The Inner Work Project came from the seed of a desire to help anyone who is willing to show up every day and keep doing the work – that is the work of healing, evolving and simple being awake and attentive in our lives.
Each Inner Work Book is a self-study retreat or workshop you can do at home – a practice to learn and discover in your own way. To help you:
- embrace change when you know you want to but feel stuck or uncertain
- worry less about what others think and walk your own path
- feel gloriously comfortable with who you are, including all the messy bits
- live on purpose and do what makes your heart sing
- have the courage to bring your inner dreams into reality
- ride the waves, care deeply and be present.
